At Art Collectives of Beaūsuny Love LLC, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and uniqueness of every item we create. Many pieces are one-of-a-kind, and for that reason, all returns and exchanges are handled with the utmost care and attention.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, it must be returned for evaluation.
Upon inspection:
- If the item can be repaired, it will be restored and returned to you.
- If the item cannot be repaired, you will receive one of the following:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement, if an identical item is available.
(Please note that most pieces are unique and may not be duplicable.)
Assessment & Eligibility
Refunds or replacements depend on:
- The nature and severity of the defect
- The overall condition of the item
- The length of time the item has been in your possession
We reserve the right to make the final determination regarding all refunds and replacements.
Return Timeframe
All items must be returned within 10 business days of delivery.
No exceptions will be made.
